Name of Work: 1. Balochistan Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (B-TEVTA) invites sealed bids from experienced engineering consultancy firms or individuals registered with PEC & taxation department for providing consultancy services of civil work for six (06) technical training centers for the following scope of work under its Project named Skill Development Program through B-TEVTA.
• Preparation of design layouts/specs for civil work etc.
• Preparation of BoQs, cost estimates & tender documents complete in all respect.
• Detail supervision of civil work etc.
• Top supervision of the work.
2. Detailed document can be obtained from the Office of Project Director Skill Development Program through B-TEVTA, 77 Gulshan E Sufiyan, Arbab Town, Samungli Road Quetta on submission of original challan amounting to PKR 1000/- (non-refundable) deposited in NBP under head of account C028 Social Welfare C2852 others along with written application during office hours.
3. Single stage- Two envelop procedure as per BPPRA rules 2014 shall be followed for this open national competitive bidding.
4. Bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelops of Technical and Financial proposals which should be clearly marked in bold legible letters to avoid confusion.
5. The interested individuals/firms having required qualifications, valid registration with PEC & FBR may apply in writing within 15 calendar days after publication of first advertisement in newspaper.
6. The competent authority may reject all or any bid at any time prior to the acceptance.
